Pleasantino presents the Lord Hanuman (Ashirwaad) statue an artwork of wood marquetry. Made of more than 30 individual solid wooden parts, affixed on multiple layers of wood to give a 3D look. Each small part is carved out of Padauk wood, Maple Wood, and Boxwood and then hand-assembled in a particular order to make a complete figurine.
Lord Hanuman symbolically stands for pure devotion, complete surrender, and the absence of ego or the lower self. His character tells us what we can do in our lives by becoming pure devotees of God, aligning ourselves with the forces of good, helping the weak, with self-control, unconditional faith, and total surrender
As a prominent warrior of the vanara race, he symbolically represents the lower self or the animal (Neanderthal) nature in man, which when refined and transformed becomes stabilized in God and serves the divine cause in total surrender, just as it happened in the case of Hanuman
As Bajarangbali, he is strong in both devotion and physical strength. He is an ocean of virtues and a friend of the pure-hearted. He loves the ascetic qualities in man because only those who are detached and mentally free from the luxuries of life and desires of their bodies can truly concentrate on the divine and attain Him .
Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product, the actual appearance (color and brightness) of the item may vary slightly due to photography limitations, different device screen settings, and also the lighting in the installation location.
As this item is hand-finished and hence a slight difference can be expected.
Soft felt is applied to the bottom of the statue and a double-sided adhesive tape is provided for the stick-on purpose.
