These are Large (4.5 inch tall) morale patches. Constructed of Flexible PVC, with hook-and-loop backing, to adhere to any patch panel on uniforms, carriers, tactical bags, or carpet-like linings inside of safes, vehicles, backdrops, full beards etc. Black and Dark Grey to contrast with the stark white of the silhouette and lettering. Mr. Roosevelt is remembered for many great quotes, but his "Speak softly and carry a big stick" remains one of my favorites.
