We offer lifetime warranty and customer support. About the lifetime warranty, we only guarantee Latent Defect product of lifetime warranty.
“Latent Defect” means a defect in any Product which was caused by OWNER in the manufacturing process or in the design or packaging of the Product, which renders it not useable in the ordinary course of the business of CUSTOMER or not fit for its intended purpose and that is not identifiable by a basic examination of such Product.
OWNER warrants that the Product will be free from manufacturing defects (Latent Defects), when properly cared for under normal use, from the date of receipt by the CUSTOMER. Products which do not conform to their description or which display Latent Defects during the warranty period will, at the OWNER's decision, be either replaced or credited at the original purchase price. The warranty does not apply to any Product which has been subject to misuse, abuse, negligence or accident by the DISTRIBUTOR or third parties.
