Compared to traditional manufacturing methods, Kenko ZX PROTECTOR features the newly developed "Floating Frame Technology": by making use of a special elastic cushion layer between the glass and the frame, the glass is firmly fixed while the pressure on it is reduced to a minimum level; this way, the glass remains flat, not distorted or twisted inside the frame, for an overall improved performance. This filter also incorporates the ZR (Zero Reflections) Multi-Coating, an innovative coating which will not interfere with colors or light transmission. Reflections are suppressed by allowing the light to enter the filter at virtually any angle.
