Dynabrade's (78030) DynaBrite Belt is a great abrasive belt choice for any finishing and blending applications on a variety of materials, with the ability to produce consistent finishes on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. As an accessory to your Dynabrade abrasive belt tool, it serves as the ideal option for surface conditioning, decorative finishing, light/heavy cleaning, blending, polishing, and removing corrosion or paint. This DynaBrite belt measures at 1" (25 mm) wide x 18" (457 mm) long. It features a medium grit/grade and its material is impregnated with an abrasive grain and smear-resistant resin. The tough reinforced non-woven nylon of this belt is coated throughout with high-performance aluminum oxide. Aluminum oxide is tough and known for its high speed penetration of materials such as carbon steel, alloy steel, tough bronze and hard wood without excessive fracturing of the grain.
