Hard Felt Fedora - It is Wool felt material, Hard sturdy felt, NOT crushable fedora. In order to keep it always in nice fedora shape, factory add some material to make wool felt hard, hat will be back to softer once be heated by steamer.
Hat deform can be restored by steam.----we are not sure if Amazon pack it very well each time, any dent or deform on top or brim of hat, it can be repaired back by steam.
