USE INSTRUCTION:
1. Start with clean and dry skin that is free of any lotion, perfume and deodorant.
2. Tear off the protective films from the cups and side wings, and store the films well for re-use.
3. Stick on the U plunge bra where your normal bra would sit. Place the whole one side of your breasts into the cup and press, smooth the wing at the same time. Repeat for the other side.
4. Press and hold firm with both hands for a few seconds to adhere cups to skin, make sure to stick firmly.

PLEASE NOTE:
If the breasts are inflamed or damaged, you'd better not use the self adhesive bras.
Unsuitable for breast-feeding women.
Sweat and high temperature may affect the stickiness of silicone.

Care Instructions:
1. After each use, simply rinse the silicone pasties with warm water below 30 ℃ and mild soap, then air dry.
2. Stick back the protective films to keep the adhesive gels for next time using.
3. Do not expose it to sun, air dry in the shade.
4. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry Clean.
