Notice! THE WAY TO DO THE BUCKLE: The design is similar to a removable bra strap. Take the end of the strap with the hook (opening of the hook should be upwards), and bring the end with the buckle around your ankle (buckle facing outward). Slide the bit of strap right behind the buckle down into the hook, and there you go! The buckle is adjustable. To loosen or tighten the strap, simply unbuckle the clasp and adjust the buckle into the hole that best suits your comfort.
