Buy a multi-pack you won't have to do the wash every day. Yes, these brilliant liners keep you cool, dry and fresh and they are all machine washable. Bra liners are designed to run from either side of your body - not all the way around.

To determine which size you need, measure the distance between your arms going beneath the breasts. This should be essentially half of your bra size. Please see the image of the sizing chart. When in doubt, we recommend sizing down. The liners go inside your bra cups where they do their absorption magic and are held in place by your bra.
