New Metro Design is excited to introduce the Comfy Grip which transforms the KitchenAid stand mixer bare metal handle into a comfortable, non-slip grippable handle, for easily raising and lowering the stand mixer bowl. It is ideal for people with reduced dexterity or arthritis, busy commercial kitchens that require a solid grip or anyone who just wants a more comfy mixer handle! The Comfy Grip is compatible with KitchenAid stand mixers: 5-Plus Bowl-Lift, 5 Qt Bowl-Lift, 8 Qt Bowl-Lift; it will not work with mixer handles that already have a plastic knob on the handle. To put on, place a drop of water on the tip of the metal mixer handle and then push Comfy Grip into place. It can be removed if necessary, but we suggest leaving it on. Made in the USA from a soft, plastic, the Comfy Grip is food safe, scuff and odor resistant. The Comfy Grip cleans up easily by wiping with a damp cloth.
