WEARING STEPS:
Step-1: Wipe the breasts with warm towel. Wipe all oil, dirt even sweat on body.

Note:
After each use, simply rinse the petals pasties with warm water below 30℃ and mild soap, then air dry.
Do not expose it to sun, air dry in the shade.
If the breast is inflamed or damaged, it is best not to use the nipple covers temporarily.
Unsuitable for breast-feeding women.
Sweat and high temperature may affect the stickiness of silicone.
