An automatic self-winding watch should be kept wound and running as much as possible to prevent its lubricants from congealing over time, which diminishes accuracy. This unit winds 8 watches at a time, and runs on included 110V-240V AC adapter, it also provides storage for 9 more watches, exterior is made of wood with an Ebony Finish, interior is lined with soft Black leatherette and see through window is plexi-glass. This watch winder has 4 different program settings. Knob program settings: 1st stop: unit is off. 2nd stop: winder will rotate clockwise for 1 minute and rests for 20 minutes, then repeats. 3rd stop: winder will rotate counter-clockwise for 2 minutes and rest for 28 minutes, then repeats. 4th stop: winder will rotate counter-clockwise for 3 minutes then rests for 27 minutes, then rotates clockwise for 3 minutes and rests for 27 minutes, then repeats. 5th stop: winder will rotate clockwise for 10 minutes then counter-clockwise for 10 minutes, then rests for 1 hour and pauses after 7 hours, then repeats. Please keep in mind that this winder will not work on Seiko Kinetic watches. This winder is manufactured by Diplomat.
