How to replace the Tundra fuel door hinge：
1.Undo 4 Screws（10mm) and take off the tundra gas door pocket. the housing should come right out with a bit of tugging
2.Pull out the old Tundra fuel door spring from the plastic clip holding it in
3.Tap the hinge pin from the bottom, then you'll need something like screwdriver to help you guide it the rest of the way through
4.Slip out the rusted/broken Tundra fuel door spring from the plastic hinge and put the new spring in (Make sure to insert the new Tundra fuel door spring into the top hinge prat before installing)
5.Put the new metal Tundra fuel door hinge pin in again watching for the alignment, checking for the alignment to make sure that it goes through properly.
6.Put the retaining clip back again and we're done
7.Add a little bit of anti-rust on the spring to prevent rust and for long use
