How to Install the Flex Pipe
It is a vibrant performance coupling which is installed between engine and muffler.It gives parts with a high degree of flexibility and suitable for a wide range of tail pipe link.
1.Use a wrench to hold the bolt that fixes the expansion tube to the flange of the muffler.Remove it by turning it counterclockwise.Then pull the hose out of the flange.
2.Remove the clamp that fixes the expansion pipe to the exhaust downpipe.
3.Pull out the old washer between the expansion tube and the muffler flange.Then clean the flange.
4.Place the new hose, apply more exhaust sealant to the end of the pipe, thread the bolt through the hole at the end of the flexible pipe connected to the muffler flange, place a new clamp where the expansion pipe meets the downpipe and tighten it.
