The extended stem can also be trimmed down to fit flush with the outside of your bag, no matter the brand. Choose the size that fits your speed bag. The Small bladder is for 5" double-end bags, the Medium bladder is for 7" double-end bags, and the Large bladder is for 9" double-end bags. These measurements correspond to the inflated width of the ball, not including the attachment straps, so please measure accordingly.
