OVERALL STRUCTURE - The refrigerant recovery machine mainly is installed with a 110V-120V 60Hz single cylinder, a 3/4HP powerful motor and an oil-less compressor. The sturdy body and good-quality components ensure the long service life, and the compact design with ergonomic handle makes the machine easy to transport and carry. The big condenser and fan with upgraded cross-flow layout design ensure the superior cooling performance, shorter cycle time and faster recovery speed.
OVERLOAD & SAFETY PROTECTION - The refrigerant recycling machine is installed with an overload protector, if popping, the breaker switch will reposition after 5 minutes. It comes with a built-in intake pressure gauge (blue) and a discharge pressure gauge (red), which have clear scale for easy observation at any time. When the internal pressure is above 558psi, it will shut down automatically for safe operation guarantee. Inversely, the machine will reset automatically.
SELF-PURGE FUNCTION - The refrigerant recovery unit has a purge switch, which can help clean up the residual refrigerants in the recovery kit and avoid it from damages caused by the residual refrigerants inside. The filter drier installed in the machine can remove moisture and liquid substance in the air, the filter is replaceable.
HIGH-EFFICIENT RECOVERY - The refrigerant recovery machine is equipped with a 110V-120V 60Hz single-cylinder oil-less compressor, it has a powerful recovery speed of 3/4HP, which can recover vapor and liquid refrigerants quickly. Two rubber hoses are provided with the package, you can install it on the machine for operation directly.
WIDE APPLICATION - The freon recycling unit is applicable to all kinds of Category III, IV, V refrigerants, such as R12, R134a, R401C, R406A, R500, R22, R401A, R401B, R402B, R407C, R407D, R408A, R409A, R411A, R411B, R412A, R502, R509, R402A, R404A, R407A, R407B, R410A, R507. The machine is widely applied in automotive, household and commercial apliances, like air conditioner, freezer, heat pump unit, etc. But please note it is not allowed for explosive, flammable or corrosive refrigerants.
