  • We have developed our handmade Ayurvedic Kajal, from the sublime intermix of Ayurvedic herbs, Almond oil, and Desi A2 cow's clarified butter, which forms the purely natural combo for our organ of vision. The exquisite ayurvedic Kohl is formulated following the references of the ancient classical ayurvedic text “ SAHASRAYOGAM”
  • HOW WE prepare our KAJAL/KOHL : STEP 1, We make the herbal decoction out of the herbs Holi basil leaves, Indian gooseberry, black myrobalan, bastard myrobalan and purple fleabane . We dip a pure cotton cloth on this herbal decoction and dry it in shade .The name of this method is called “ BHAVANA “This technique will be carried out for 21 instances in 21 days to get the maximum herbal content material on the cloth. Since this cloth has all the herbal content, it is called as the MEDICATED CLOTH.
  • STEP 2, This MEDICATED CLOTH is made into a wick and it is dipped in a lamp with pure castor oil as the fuel. This wick is ignited and a copper plate kept on the top of the lamp will collect the thick black soot which provides black color to our kajal.Since we make the soot from the medicated cloth, this soot is called as MEDICATED SOOT.We do not use any lead or metallic colorants to our kajal since we prepare the block color at our own facility.
  • STEP 3,Medicated soot is then mixed with Desi Cow's Ghee ,pure castor oil,Almond oil, shea butter,Cocoa butter,Pachakarpoora ,bee wax,Carnauba wax to get the final kajal. This kajal is a traditional therapeutic grade kajal which is also known as ANJANA as per Ayurvedic texts.
  • No mineral colors/parabens or preservatives are added to it.Warning:keep away from sunlight or hot climate to avoid kajal melting.
