Special Features

  • 🏴‍️ BANDERAS PIRATES In 1724 a man was captured by rebels who flew a black flag on their ship. The banner bore a skeleton stabbing a heart with a spear, which they named the “Jolly Roger” flag. A black flag with skull and cross-bones or swords has come to symbolize privateers, rebels, and buccaneers on the sea. Our version was popularized by Calico Jack Rackham while roaming the Caribbean. Some folks think the crossed swords represent Jack's fearsome mates, Anne Bonny and Mary Read, notorious female pirates who sailed with him.
  • 🏴‍️ FLYABILITY Picture an out-stretched flag waving on a gentle breeze. These pirate flags are light enough to dance on a light wind and also sturdy enough to hold up to high gusts and stormy weather. Blackbeard or black pearl? Either way, hoist the pirate banner, matey.
  • 🏴‍️ DOUBLE SIDED EMBROIDERY - our pirate flags are easy to see from far away with sharp embroidered detail of the skull and swords appearing on both front and back sides (not a printed flag)
  • 🏴‍️ HEAVY DUTY Outdoor marine grade nylon with a white canvas duck cloth header and 4 rows of stitching on the fly end to prevent tearing and fraying. Two solid brass grommets won't rust in fresh or saltwater.
  • 🏴‍️ DURABLE CONSTRUCTION Perfectly good to be used as an indoor Halloween party decoration or for kids forts in the yard or garden. But made for all weather boating conditions. Hoist the main and fly the backjack (black flag) on ships, boats, pontoons, sailboats, marinas, and docks.
