PRODUCT FEATURE AND EASY TO INSTALL—this brake band does not attach directly to the axle,so it would theoretically fit any size live axle.The brake drum has universal mounting hole pattern with both 5/16" & 3/8" bolt holes -- those 8 bolt holes will hopefully match those on you wheel brake hub.There is a hole on either end of the brake band.One end fastens to a stud mounted on the cart, but is still able to pivot,and the other end fastens to your brake rod.
