【Application】This 3 inch aluminum V band clamp is widely used for the clamping of intercooler intake pipes, throttle bodies, turbo intake pipes, etc. Welding to your pipes and clamping together with the aluminum quick release clamp. The V-band clamp is sealed by uniform pressure at the flange and NBR O-rings.
【Parameter】3 inch aluminum V band clamp is fit for 3.0" OD pipe, with stand 800psi rated pressure and 400°F rated temperature.
【New design】This new PINLESS HD Clamp features an integrated clasp mechanism with a safety lock push-button, replacing the old quick release pin. This new clasp mechanism is very easy to use and delivers a significantly more secure connection, while the safety lock, which is always set in the locked position, provides an extra level of security to ensure the clamp never pops open unintentionally. Also the PINLESS HD Clamp provides the installer with positive feedback and an audible click when properly closed.
【Note】Please install the O-ring after the welding is completed and cooled down. If not, the O-ring will be damaged by high temperature during welding, resulting in leakage.
