Installation Steps:
1.Find clip under the shifter arm.
2.Take off clip out.
3.Loosen the nut, remove old shifter arm.
4.Put on new shifter arm, make sure slot is located correctly.
5.Tighten the nut.
6.Choose a position to pop black part in. Put clip back in.
