There are three of these used in your car.

The first one is the clutch pedal position sensor for the cruise control stopper. When this stopper is broken/missing the spring loaded pin goes through the hole and causes a clicking noise when the pedal is actuated.

The second one is the neutral safety switch stopper.

The third one is called the fire wall stopper. The clutch pedal arm rests/hits this at full extension.

Note: This sillicone stopper fits on the pedals as a stopper for the pedal switches.
