Your inner axle seals are the only thing that keep water and mud etc from getting into your differential and if you have never replaced them it will surprise you at how much they try and keep out

Small hint
These oil seals will not work with passenger-side, vacuum-disconnect, two-piece axle shafts
You need to replace the new front outer shaft seal in time
To prevent other debris from entering the shaft tube
