This injection practice kit is made of silicone material, lightweight, wipes clean We recommend using empty needles to get used to the tension needed to break the skin surface and penetrate the muscle. If you are going to train with liquid, use saline or water instead of medication. The interior sponge will absorb liquid, but some may leak out the holes on the backside. Use a small towel underneath the trainer to absorb excess fluid, and leave the trainer out to air dry after using.
