Special Features

  • Male DVI to Male DVI Adapter – The 6.6 foot (2 m) DVI to DVI cable is made for bidirectional signal transfer. This means it supports signal in both directions. The adapter can be primarily used to connect a DVI-D Dual Link or DVI-I Dual Link device to a display with DVI port.
  • Important: Both DVI-D (Dual Link) connectors are Male. It is also important to note that the Male DVI to Male DVI cable only transmits video signals, not audio signals. A separate audio cable or adapter may be required for audio output.
  • DVI-D Dual Link to DVI-D Dual Link Converter – The cable convertor has Male DVI-D Dual Link connectors at both ends. This connector can be connected to either a Female DVI-D (Dual Link) or a Female DVI-I (Dual Link) port.
  • Optimal Video Transfer – The DVI to DVI cable uses a DVI-D Dual Link connector which supports resolutions up to 1080p Full HD (60Hz). This is a higher video resolution than DVI Single Link connectors are capable of transferring. The cable supports the following resolutions: 800 x 600, 1024 x 768, 1280 x 1024, 1600 x 1200, 1920 x 1200, 1080p.
  • Compatibility – This Bi-Directional DVI to DVI cable convertor can connect to almost all DVI Devices. The DVI-D Dual Link cable connects a Female DVI-equipped output device, such as a computer graphics card, from a laptop or desktop, to your DVI-equipped HDTV, display, monitor or projector.
