This scale is guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase. The limited warranty covers defective factory parts under normal operating conditions.
MAINTENANCE
The scale is a precision instrument. Handle with care. Never overload it. Protect it from liquid spills, moisture, extreme temperatures, UV, shaking, dropping, shocking, and other abuses. Preserve its finish by wiping with a slightly dampened soft cloth. Do not use solvents, harsh chemicals, abrasive or corrosive cleaning agents. Turn it off and empty its weighing pan after use. If it will not be used for a long period of time, remove the batteries and disconnect the AC adapter. Store it in a cool and dry place.
OIML CALIBRATION WEIGHT CLASS INFO
E1: The highest accuracy intended for calibrating E2 and lower.
E2: Intended for calibrating F1 and lower. For calibrating high precision analytical balances with a readability as low as 0.01 to 0.1 mg.
F1: Intended for calibrating F2 and lower. For calibrating high precision top loading balances with a readability as low as 1 to 10 mg.
F2: Intended for calibrating M1 and lower. For calibrating moderate precision analytical balances and use in high value commercial transactions such as precious metals and stones.
