  • Note - When your car's hood latch is damaged causing you to be unable to open the hood properly, you can try to bypass the faulty latch or cable by pressing on the interior latch, while pressing down on the hood, pull the cable from the inside of the car, and use a thin tool to disengage the latch to open it.
