4 pin fan splitter cable can connect 3 PWM case fans to a single motherboard's fan 4 pin header and run at the same speed.
The PWM Fan splitter has a 4 pin male connector on one end to connect to the motherboard, and the female fan splitter on the other end has 1 x 4-pin main connector and 2 x 3-pin connectors to connect to a PWM 4 pin case fan.
Please note that the PC fan splitter only has 1 4-pin and the other 2 are 3-pin (the RPM signal pin is omitted) because only one fan needs to be sent to the motherboard, so that the fan speed can be measured more accurately, so that the three 4-pin fans can run at the same speed and be controlled.
