Frontier Eleuthero Root, also known as Siberian Ginseng, is a woody shrub native to northeastern Asia. The root is woody, brownish, wrinkled and twisted and grows in mixed and coniferous mountain forests. Eleuthero is thought to be an adaptogen and there is a wide range of health benefits attributed to its use in herbal medicine.
