How to diagnose VVT solenoids are bad?
1. Check the engine light is on.
2. The front and rear shifts are unstable or stuck, or the downshift/reverse is rejected.
3. The transmission oil pan is loose or the gasket is worn out, causing the transmission oil to leak
4. Fuel efficiency is declining and the fuel consumption is larger than before.

Why we need to replace VVT Solenoid?
The specific term for VVT is variable cam timing solenoid, or VCT, or variable valve timing solenoid.A camshaft actuator solenoid is normally installed in the
front of each cylinder head. Solenoids are tasked with engaging and separating multiple timing mechanisms in a vehicle, essentially helping to keep various
moving parts working in tandem. Once that VCT solenoid malfunctions or burns out, your entire vehicle may experience problems, and you will need to get
the solenoid replaced.

Replacing the timing solenoids:
The solenoid is installed on the valve core of VVT solenoid valve. When the solenoid coil is electrified, the valve core is sucked up and the valve is opened.
When there is no electricity, the valve core will automatically close under the action of the spring.
