In AMAZON, just click on DECADE AWARDS under the Buy Now button in any of our listings. Click on ASK SELLER A QUESTION; Send us the Amazon order #, a delivery address & engraving information for the trophy plate.

A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours. All engraving requests are designed and produced in-house by one of our team. Once we have received the plate request, it will be processed within 2 business days. A second email will be sent when it is mailed out USPS First Class Mail in a RED, standard size envelope. USPS estimated delivery time is 4 – 6 business days.
