  • If you have no heat or AC on one side of the vechicle, you may discover the actuator is cracked and HVAC blend door actuator gear cogs are broken. You just need the repalce the damaged blend door actuator gear instead of the entire blend door assembly
  • Blend door actuator gear connects the temperature door actuator to the temperature control door. Actuators control air/temperature blending and the direction of air flow. Gears rotated by a small motor move doors in the hvac incrementally between 90°-180° to reach desired air and temperature flow
  • The passenger side is no so bad, but the driver's side is a little more difficult to install, due to being in a much tighter space
  • Direct replacement for original equipment design
