Features:
The LEF-3809 pedal is compact and convenient for any gig where you require that tape warbling delay sound. It has a simple layout with two jack inputs either side so you can just plug in and play. The Tape Echo pedal is constructed entirely out of zinc alloy which gives this small pedal a robust chassis to withstand your onstage stomping.
CONTROLS
▶ Like many delay pedals, the Rowin Tape Echo has a conventional layout with simple controls that are set out in a way that makes it easy for any guitarist to assemble.
▶ To control the overall volume of the delays there is a Level dial which you can then partner with the Regen dial which controls the number of repeats you hear. With these two controls you then just have to choose your speed level using the Time dial, and once this is set you're ready to play.
➟ Level dial controls the overall volume of the delays.
➟ Regen dial allows you to set the number of repeats you will hear.
➟ Time dial in the middle allows you to set the speed.
▶ Above the three dials is a three-way toggle switch which you can alternate between Clear, Normal and Reverse tones.
➟ Clear offers a digital signal which almost has a church hall reverberation.
➟ Normal offers a similar tone to that of a regular tape machine while Reverse does the opposite whereby each note becomes a little more detached from one another.
By adjusting the Regen dial and changing between the three modes available you can experiment with a wide range of interesting and varying tones.
▶ The LED indicator light is bright which is ideal for a dark stage, and a true bypass footswitch sits at the bottom of the pedal for you to engage with it.
