This device is primarily used in conjoining an RG-59 coaxial cable to fit into a BNC (Bayonet Neill–Concelman) connection port. Its design is to house clamp on or twist on style attachments to RG-6 coaxial cables.
This connector is used on devices that include but are not limited to: CCTV cameras, coaxial cables, DVR players, Surveillance and Security video systems, video and headend applications, and other RG-59 compatible video cabling applications.
The housing of the device is constructed out of nickel-plated brass/zinc coating that provides superior corrosion resistance. Low contact resistance and reduced signal loss is provided by the gold plated center pin.
This device is simple to use and unlike a crimp connector, it does not require any special equipment thus making it very efficient in installing this connector. Twist-on type coupling allows quick connection/disconnection.

How to use?
Steps1#
Straight screw BNC connector, no need for extra tools, only coaxial cable stripping tool.
Steps2#
First, after stripping the coaxial cable, turn the shielding layer outwards and wrap the shielding layer on the coaxial cable.
Steps3#
Insert the stripped coaxial cable into the BNC, and turn the BNC head at the same time until it stops tightly.
Steps4#
Because the BNC also has threads inside, there are also threads on the cable when it is rotated, thus completing the tightening installation
