Special Features

  • The Micro Handlebars are intended to be used with the Microformer.
  • Micro Handles provide more stability so you can handle each Lagree move with precision. The Micro Handles will allow you to practice and achieve more Lagree moves than you would be able to without them. These handles are designed with comfort and wrist-support in mind. Use these for CATFISH, TWISTER, SPOON, RUNNER'S LUNGE, and other Lagree Fitness exercises.
  • They can be used on the front or back of the Micro. The front and back handlebars are interchangeable. You NEED the back platform to be able to use them on the back of the machine.
  • These handlebars are sold in a pair. If you would like to use handles in the front and rear of your Micro, you must purchase two sets of handles.
  • Features a pull-pin mechanism, allowing you install them, or take them off, within seconds! No tools required to install!
