User, tesa 4965 is a transparent double-sided adhesive tape composed of a PET backing and tackified acrylic adhesive. The bonding tape is designed for demanding applications, such as heavy loads, high temperatures up to 392°f, or critical substrates. Tesa 4965 is characterized by particularly reliable adhesion, even on surfaces with low energy. The fixing adhesive tape is highly resistant to aging, humidity, and UV rays, and can withstand plasticizers and chemicals. Tesa 4965 has good tack and immediate usability right after assembly. The high-performance tape highlights excellent performance for challenging permanent applications in industrial and outdoor settings. The tape is available with various liner variants. Tesa 4965 complies with UL 969 standard. UL file: MH 18055. Thanks to its excellent technical specifications, this extensively tested adhesive tape meets all the requirements of DIN EN 45545-2 R1 and HL3, the highest level of risk.
