General Usage: Applicable with copper, copper alloys, cast iron, steels, carbon steels, alloy steels, pre-hardened steels, hardened steels, and stainless steel materials. Best use for materials HRC less than 50.
Solide Carbide: The material is European origin ultra fine grain carbide. The carbide rod we select is made with the finest tungsten carbide powder and cobalt, using the best ratio to achieve the most ideal hardness. It is stable and has excellent wear-resistance of the material. It significantly enhances the tool's lifespan and keeps the end mill sharp. It also helps keep the surface quality of your work-piece at the best level possible.
AlTiN Coating: It is a strong coating that's coated at temperatures between 450°C to 475°C. It is able to provide high wear resistance, lubricity, exceptional oxidation resistance, extreme hardness, and excellent abrasive wear resistance. It has higher reliability in dry operations, heat resistance, hard machining, and the resistance can be reduced.
Medium Pitch Design: allows the chips to be cut down to much finer sizes for smoother machining and a more efficient metal removal process, which allows more chips into the flutes during the evacuation process without any packing occurring. This results in lower cutting pressures at a given radial depth of cut.
3 Flute with 35 Helix: 35 degree helix has a higher tool strength. 3 flutes feature a large core that's great for roughing out a lot of meterials. If the finishing surface is a concern, then be sure to come in with a finishing tool after the roughing operation. It is recommended to use 4 flute, 45 degree helix end mills for finishing.
