This harness is completely prewired. All you need to do is solder your pickups to the switch and ground them to the volume pots.
One B500k Pots: the 'hot' wire of pickup is going to connect the center lug of volume, the ground wire of pickup is going to connect the anywhere on the top of potentiometers .Another B500k Pots: The opposite of connect, the ground wire of pickup is going to connect the center lug of volume, the 'hot' wire of pickup is going to connect the anywhere on the top of potentiometers.
