EASY TO USE - These clamps are beefy enough for 5/16 inch ( 8mm ) wire cable, used for most cables wires. Just use these to allow for a secure stop on the cable so that you could slide the cable to our u bolt saddle clamp and then hook over the clamp to make it stay in place. You need to tighten the nuts until 1/4-1/3 of the rope diameter flattened, or they may still loose on the wire.
