Lip Usage: 
1. Clean your lips with mild soap and water, then moisturize around your mouth with a moisturizer. 
2. Place the head of the lip pump on the lip area.  Hold it gently.  Let your lips relax into the lip pump.  Compresses the pump to expel the air and releases it. 
3. Suck your lips, you should feel a slight pull and continue to suck until suction is established and the lip pump maintains the suction.  Start with 15‑30 second. Do not suction hard or for a long time, otherwise it will cause pain.
4. If lose suction, repeat steps 2 and 3.  The time should not exceed 3‑5 minutes.  If the suction strength isn't strong enough and the lip plumper device falls off, repeat until you achieve lip plumper effect.
