The live center is hardened by quenching,and adopts fine grinding process,which is stable and accurate,has high wear resistance and greater bearing capacity.
Rotatable design,running accuracy is 0.005,and rotational speed is 2000 RPM.The interior adopts three bearing design,and has longer service life.
The front end is equipped with sealing device,which is water-proof and oil-proof,to prevent the entry of cutting liquid and dust.The taper handle is treated with fine processing,with smooth surface.
The contact surface is large during using,so the performance is stable, the live center is suitable for machining shaft parts on the lathe.
