Weld pins are used for attaching insulation to various metals, with the use of a CD welder. Welding Nails are suitable for stud welder dent repair kits on the market, repair auto body dents. It can be used for fixing a wide range of materials, including insulation boards, foam panels, sheets, hangers, weld pins, gypsum board and other materials that require load spreading during installation.

Advantage
Stud weld pins are made from copper plated steel. Standard solder joints are easy to solder and have strong adhesive properties.

Instruction
After the pins welded in place, put the insulation material through the pins and secured with self-locking washers(not included). In order to securely attach the insulation, length of the pins should exceed the thickness of the insulation blanket.
