▶Nylon Membrane ◀Nylon membrane filters are hydrophilic, flexible, tear-resistant, and autoclavable. They are resistant to a range of organic solvents and suitable for use with high pH samples. Nylon binds proteins. Unsuitable for acidic solutions. pH range ~3-14.
▶Board Compatibility ◀High strong mechanical strength, chemical stability, can be tolerated by most organic solvents, extremely low in extractables, good thermal stability (up to 50°C), natural hydrophilic and the majority of water solution filter characteristics.
▶Application ◀General Laboratory filtration, most HPLC samples.
▶NOTE ◀Don't use with: Acids, Aggressive Halogenated hydrocarbons, protein samples (Nylon is a high binder)
