How To Use:
1. Hold the card close to your nose, with the smallest pattern close to you. The left eye is red side and the right eye is blue side.
2. Look at the farthest large visual pattern on the card. At this time, the trainer feels that the large visual pattern is red and green mixed, while the medium visual pattern and the small visual pattern are red and green, and they are distributed on the left and right sides.
3. Look at the large, medium and small patterns alternately, and hold the coalesce for 5 seconds. When the trainer focuses on one pattern, the other two patterns are red and green. Alternate gaze 10 times between different patterns.
4. If the trainer feels fixation difficulty, he can try the following methods:
Suggesting that the trainer's sensory pattern is getting closer to himself (convergence),
Move the training card slightly further or lower.
