Tips before use

1.The electric griddle comes with anti-rust oil on the cooking plate, which is for preventing it getting rusted. Make sure you clean off the oil with soap and water then wipe dry before use.

2.Please choose 200℃ at the beginning for rapid heating.

3.Most of the heat is concentrated in the center of the cooking plate while the edges around are cool spots to keep food warm, please choose the suitable position while cooking if needed.

4.The cooking plate is cast iron, without non-stick coated, please heat up fully first and put a amount of oil, then heat it up again before putting the food on the plate to reduce sticking.

5.Clean up and ensure the single burner style griddle is seasoned or add a little oil to avoid rusted before storage.
