Suggestion for installation:

The handle is flexible, so slide eachVelcro handle wrap to the axle one side at a time. This will allow you space provided by the cavity of the steel tire rim to manipulate the wraps for a clean tight fit around the board frame. When finished securing one side of the handle, slide it all the way over and do the same with the other. When done, slide the handle to center and you're done
