This Vestil S-FORK-4/6-SL hoisting hook converts a forklift into a lifting device and has a swivel hook for rotating 360 degrees. It is made of steel for strength and durability and is zinc-plated for resistance to corrosion. It has a fork pocket with screw clamp for attaching to a single fork and a 36" safety chain. The fork pocket has 2-1/4 x 6" (H x W) inside dimensions. (*H is height, the vertical distance from the lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right.) This hoisting hook has a latch for safety and a 4,000-lb. capacity.
