Material - Carbon steel base with Bronze Sintered and composite coating. With high mechanical strength and good thermal conductivity, it is suitable for use in a wide range of low and high temperatures.
Feature - Oilless, maintenance-free, good frictional properties, stable low friction coefficient. Features good load capacity and wear resistance performance.
Function - The bushings can be used for different purposes, such as positioning, wear, and vibration reduction, isolate the shaft from special media to increase the life of the shaft.
Application - Wide range of uses across various industries, such as textile machines, printing machines, hydraulic loaders, fitness equipment, agricultural machinery, and other industrial equipment.
Description
Description:
Plain Bearings are constructed with carbon steel as the base, sintered porous bronze as its interlayer, rolled with PTFE and Lead compound as the inner surface, and copper-plated on the outer surface.
Wrapped Bushing is self-lubricating. It offers good frictional properties, wear resistance, and low noise.
Solid friction Oilless Bushing can operate during a wide temperature range. Suitable for applications with sliding movements.
Oilless Sleeve Bearings are most suitable for places where self-lubricating properties of the material are required.
Note: Split Line can not be used for bearing.
