If you think the machine is faulty ?
Before requesting a replacement or return, please check the following:
1.The measurement is too large
①Is there a strong smell on the alcohol sensor? Press the power button and blow more than 3 times to clean the sensor.
②Is it measured where there is an odor? Please take the measurement in a different place.
③Was it measured immediately after eating? Please measure after 20 minutes after eating.
2.The measurement is too small
①Is there no blowing hard against the tester? Blow hard into the tester.
②Is it blowing too far from the tester inlet? Please blow into the tester correctly.
③Is it measured in windy places? Please take the measurement in a different place.
3.The alcohol tester judged to be unstable
①Is it measured in windy places? Please take the measurement in a different place.
②Is it measured where there is an odor? Please take the measurement in a different place.
4.I didn't drink, but I was judged to have drunk
①Is the smell of alcohol accumulated inside the alcohol sensor and blowing inlet? Press the power button and blow more than 3 times to clean the sensor. The fermentation gas produced in the body may react to the sensor.
Attention:
①It takes about 20 minutes for alcohol to be absorbed from the digestive system into the bloodstream, so recommended to take a measurement after 20mins of drinking alcohol . If you measure immediately after drinking alcohol, the measurement result is not the blood alcohol concentration.
②To make the measurements more accurate, the time between 2 measurements must be greater than 3 minutes.
