It will sew through multiple ply applications like quilting, jeans, applique, or heavy embroidery. If you are bending or breaking 15x1's this needle could solve your problem. These needles are good for the Juki TL2000QI, TL2010Q, TL98Q, TL98QE, TL98E, Janome 1600P and 1600P-QC. The Juki TL series machines and Janome 1600P and 1600P-QC work great with the stronger HLX5 style needle to help prevent needle deflection when sewing heavy items or machine quilting on a quiltframe.
